Shipping Policy
We deliver your Wild Witch Skin essentials with Australia Post, with standard and express options within Australia and standard shipping for international orders.
Order dispatch
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays. Orders placed after 12pm Sydney time will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Delivery timeframes are calculated from dispatch, rather than the date your order is placed.
Delivery within Australia
Enjoy complimentary standard delivery on Australian orders.

Delivery timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Please allow additional time during peak shopping periods, public holidays or delivery disruptions.
Express shipping offers a faster delivery service but does not guarantee arrival on a specific date.
Your delivery details
Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If you need to make a change, please contact us promptly at hello@wildwitchskin.com.au. We’ll do our best to assist, although we may be unable to amend your delivery details once your order has been dispatched.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please email hello@wildwitchskin.com.au with your order number and details of your enquiry. We’ll help you resolve the issue.
Shipping charges and returns
Shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for eligibility and further details.
